Membership

The Atherley Bowling club is a private members club - owned and run by the members. Only members or members of Affiliated Bowling Clubs can bowl on the Outdoor and Indoor Greens, although we do run formal 'Taster' sessions from time to time and members can make individual arrangements through a committee member to invite a friend to give the game a try.

The club has various forms of membership to suit the needs of our, and future, members. We have many non-bowling members who are able to avail themselves of all the clubs facilities with the exception of the bowling side of the club. We also have bowling memberships available for Indoor only bowling, Outdoor only bowling as well as full membership to cover both seasons.

We also have joint memberships available when a bowling members wished their partner to be able to use the club. If both individuals wish to bowl then they have to have individual memberships.

The membership year runs from 1st September annually and there are reduced fees payable for some of those who join the club after this date ie Membership fee is half price after 1st March.
